How does the tool detect the best meeting window?

The tool checks each UTC hour column and identifies columns where ALL added time zones fall within their respective configured work hours (default 9am–5pm). These columns are highlighted with a star indicator.

Does it handle daylight saving time (DST)?

Yes. All timezone calculations use the browser's built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat API with real IANA timezone data, which automatically accounts for DST transitions. Changing the meeting date updates all displayed times accordingly.

Can I set different work hours for each timezone?

Yes. Each added timezone has its own Work Hours start and end dropdowns. This is useful when team members in different regions have non-standard schedules or when accounting for time-shifted workers.

How do I copy the meeting time to share it?

Click any hour column in the grid to select a meeting time, then click 'Copy Invite' in the selected time panel. This copies a plain-text summary showing the local meeting time in every added timezone, ready to paste into email or calendar.

How to Use

2Select a timezone from the dropdown and click 'Add Timezone' (up to 7)
3Adjust the date for your meeting using the date picker
4Look for green-highlighted columns in the 24h grid - those are business hours for each zone
5Hover over any cell to see the local time for that zone at that UTC hour
6Click a column to select it as your meeting time, then click 'Copy Invite' to share
