How do I add a new node?

Click any existing node to select it, then click the 'Add Child' button in the toolbar. A new child node will appear connected to the selected node. Double-click the new node to rename it.

How do I delete a node?

Select the node and click 'Delete' in the toolbar. Warning: deleting a node also deletes all its descendants. The root (Central Idea) node cannot be deleted.

Can I rearrange the layout freely?

Yes - drag any node to any position on the canvas. Connections (edges) follow the nodes automatically. Drag the background to pan the canvas.

How do I export my mind map?

Click 'PNG' to export a high-resolution 2x PNG image of the current canvas view. Click 'JSON' to save the node data as a JSON file, which can be imported later or processed programmatically.
