Privacy First: Your files are processed securely. Whenever possible, processing happens in your browser and files are never stored on our servers.
Keep track of every medication on a flexible, personalized schedule - all in your browser with no account and no cloud sync required. Add each medication with its name, dosage, form (tablet, capsule, liquid, patch, inhaler, etc.), and a schedule: every day, specific days of the week, every N days, or an on/off cycle (e.g. 21 days on / 7 off for birth control or chemotherapy protocols). Set multiple dose times per medication. The Today view shows every dose due across all medications sorted by time - tap the checkmark to log it as taken, or X to mark it skipped. A daily adherence bar shows your completion percentage. The 30-day adherence tracker per medication gives you a bird's-eye view of your consistency over time. Set a refill threshold so you see a warning badge when your pill count is getting low. Enable browser notifications so reminders fire at the exact scheduled time even when the tab is in the background. Export your full dose history as CSV to share with your doctor. Data saves to localStorage.
How to Use
- 1Go to the Medications tab and click Add Medication to add your first medication
- 2Fill in the medication name, dosage, form, schedule type, and dose times
- 3Select Daily for everyday medications, or Specific Days / Every N Days / Cycle for special schedules
- 4Return to the Today tab to see all doses due today sorted by time
- 5Click the checkmark ✓ to mark a dose as taken, or X to mark it skipped
- 6Enable Reminders using the button at the bottom of Today tab - allow notifications when prompted
- 7Go to the Medications tab to see your 30-day adherence percentage per medication
- 8Check the History tab to review your full dose log - click Export CSV to save it
