Create and manage employee work schedules without any external tools. Add unlimited employees and assign shifts to each day of the week. 5 built-in shift types: Morning (6am–2pm, 8h), Day (9am–5pm, 8h), Afternoon (2pm–10pm, 8h), Night (10pm–6am, 8h), Day Off - each color-coded. Add custom shifts with your own name, start/end time, hours, and color. Click cells to cycle through shifts. Navigate between weeks. Weekly hours totals per employee shown; highlighted red when over 40h. Copy the week's assignments to the next week. Export as CSV with shift names, dates, and hours. Print via browser print dialog. All data persists in localStorage.
How to Use
- 1Add employees by typing their name and clicking 'Add Employee'
- 2Click any cell in the grid to assign a shift - click again to cycle to the next shift type
- 3Click a shift badge in the legend to edit its name, time, hours, or color
- 4Use 'Copy to Next Week' to duplicate this week's assignments to the following week
- 5Click 'CSV' to export the full schedule as a spreadsheet, or 'Print' for a paper copy
- 6Weekly hour totals are shown on the right - red means over 40 hours (overtime)
