Organize all your appointments in one place with a full monthly calendar view and a detailed list view. Add appointments with a title, date, time, duration, location, category (Medical, Work, Personal, Social, Fitness, Education, Financial), color, notes, and repeat rule (daily, weekly, or monthly). The calendar shows all appointments as color-coded chips on their dates - click any day to see a detailed popup of that day's schedule. Conflict detection warns you when a new appointment overlaps an existing one on the same day. Set a browser reminder for any appointment (5, 10, 15, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day before) - the Notifications API fires the alert in the background even if the tab is minimized. Switch to list view for an upcoming/past chronological view with search and category filtering. Export all appointments as a standard .ics file to import into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar application. All data saves to localStorage. No account required.
How to Use
- 1Click + Add to create your first appointment and fill in the title, date, time, duration, and category
- 2Set a color for each appointment to visually distinguish it on the calendar
- 3Enable repeat (daily, weekly, monthly) for recurring appointments like weekly meetings or monthly check-ups
- 4Set a reminder to receive a browser notification before the appointment
- 5Click Calendar to see a monthly view - click any day to see its appointments in a detail panel
- 6Click List to switch to a chronological view with search and category filter
- 7If a new appointment overlaps an existing one, a conflict warning appears in the form
- 8Click Export .ics to download all appointments and import them into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook
